What You'll Do
Deliver frontline support for ERP systems, focusing on Infor Visual, by diagnosing and resolving user-reported issues efficiently. You’ll manage tickets from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Investigate system behavior by analyzing workflows, replicating errors, and applying technical solutions. Use TSQL to query databases, troubleshoot problems, and extract data for reporting. Build and maintain reports using SSRS and Excel to support business decision-making.
Administer user access by configuring roles and security settings within the ERP system. Support system upgrades, monitor integrations, and assist with resolving technical conflicts during deployment.
Develop training content and deliver sessions to users both remotely and in person. Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Sales, and Operations to refine ERP processes and enhance system usability.
Engage in regional and global ERP initiatives, contributing technical insight and supporting cross-functional teams through project lifecycles.
Requirements
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line ERP support, particularly with Infor Visual
- Proficiency in TSQL for data analysis and report generation
- Skill in creating reports using SSRS and Excel
- Ability to configure user roles, security, and system settings
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades and integration troubleshooting
- Strong collaboration skills with non-technical teams
- Willingness to learn new ERP modules and propose process enhancements
