Responsibilities

- Deliver training and ongoing support to help clients fully utilize the ERP platform.
- Assess current business processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Regularly review client feedback and industry trends to propose system upgrades.
