Ameris Bank is seeking a Equipment Finance Account Manager to join our Commercial Finance team. In this individual producer role, you will be responsible for building a strong vendor and end user customer database, prospecting new opportunities, and achieving sales objectives. You’ll provide financing solutions that address customers' individual needs, supporting our purpose-driven mission to bring financial peace of mind to communities.
What You'll Do
- Build vendor and/or end user customer database and prospect new opportunities.
- Achieve calling, prospecting, originations, and/or gross margin-based objectives.
- Work with small and mid-size businesses to assist in securing financing.
- Call on campaigns through Salesforce.
- Establish and grow vendor and/or end user customer relationships to secure repeat/renewal business.
- Provide appropriate financing solutions that address customers' individual needs.
- Communicate with other managers and department leaders.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years equipment finance industry experience.
- Sales management experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Verifiable and documented track record of success.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
