THC Legal Entity is hiring an EPMO Supervisor to lead our Enterprise Project Management Office. You will be responsible for overseeing project management tools, methodologies, and the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the design and implementation of Project Management tools and methodologies.
- Maintain and track progress of individual projects across key milestones, tasks, costs, risks, issues, and budget.
- Track and report key project and program metrics, including budget, schedule deviations, and key operating metrics.
- Review and facilitate document sign-off and approval processes for project deliverables.
- Supervise solutions and problem-solving sessions with functional experts to deliver key outcomes.
- Facilitate full status reporting cycles and steering committee meetings between project owners and the Leadership team.
- Ensure key outcomes are met across multi-functional programs and projects.
- Provide guidance in identification and tracking of RAIDDs (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions and Dependencies) and act proactively.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key project outcomes are achieved.
- Observe the highest level of discretion, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive project or portfolio information.
- Optimize the use of personal and team time and effort to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of market trends and provide advice to leadership on potential initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technical field.
- 5-6 years’ experience in a project management (PMO) or strategic management (SMO) role.
- Experience working as a project manager, leading projects and complex business transformation initiatives.
- Experience in the design and implementation of project management and PMO processes from the bottom up.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile and/or PMP.
- Strong commercial, financial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management software.
- Strong project management skills and functional leadership (PMO) on complex cross-functional business initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Relevant professional certificates such as Lean or Project Management.
