Seattle Children's Hospital is hiring an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Architect to play a central role in its new Epic Community Connect program. In this highly client-facing position, you will act as a trusted advisor while extending our EHR system to primary care clinics, requiring deep expertise in revenue cycle management, professional billing, and implementation.
What You'll Do
- Play a vital role in building the new Epic Community Connect program to extend the EHR to primary care clinics.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to Seattle Children's primary care clinics and Community Connect partners.
- Support the entire professional billing module for different service areas, including implementation and support.
- Problem-solve and think outside the box to solution quickly.
- Support patient engagement within the Community Connect model.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience and working knowledge of software development and implementation life cycle processes in an enterprise IT environment.
- 3-5 years experience and knowledge of project management practices, including project planning and risk/issue management.
- Experience in application integration technologies.
- Epic certified in modules supported or receive certification within 6 months from employment.
