LeoLabs is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to build and own our global safety program. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our distributed team and the operational integrity of our facilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits across all operations and facilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Foster a proactive, positive safety culture throughout the organization.
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure timely reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on EHS program management experience.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and influencing at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a distributed environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and effective in a distributed work environment.
