Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and sustain environmental management frameworks in compliance with applicable laws and ISO 14001 standards.
- Oversee and track environmental factors, effects, and risks across the site in line with established management plans.
- Conduct assessments and projections of site disturbances to aid in closure planning and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in fulfilling environmental reporting duties, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Maintain active field engagement to foster environmental awareness and adherence among personnel.
- Supervise contractors and consultants involved in environmental monitoring, projects, and site operations.
- Establish and sustain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external parties including Traditional Owners, consultants, and landholders.
- Support ongoing enhancement of environmental systems and team development through guidance, coaching, and leadership.
