Inspect and ensure quality in aerospace component manufacturing as an Entry Level Visual Inspector. This 10-month full-time position, based in Wichita, Kansas, plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of production through careful visual and procedural checks. You will work directly with manufacturing outputs, verifying that all components meet defined specifications and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace parts to confirm compliance with technical work instructions
- Detect, document, and assist in resolving quality discrepancies
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous quality improvement
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety
- Support operations across shifts as needed, including third shift, with flexibility to assist during first or second shift when required
