As an Entry Level Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying talent by leading 30–45 minute online meetings and following up with candidates one-on-one. You’ll be trained to represent the company culture with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring each interaction reflects a high standard of communication and service.
What You'll Do

- Conduct individual conversations to address questions and evaluate alignment
- Follow up consistently, schedule next steps, and maintain accurate records
- Represent core values in every interaction, from initial contact through hiring
