This is a developmental position designed for high-potential individuals to build leadership skills, drive production, and advance their career within our high-performance culture dedicated to serving working families.
What You'll Do
- Mentor and support agents to drive daily and weekly production.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Lead by example through personal production and client service.
- Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions.
- Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership potential and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, including virtual proficiency.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
Nice to Have
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus.
- Degree welcomed but not required.
