The Flex is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with the founders and venture team. You will validate, build, and potentially launch a new venture within our ecosystem. This is a 0 to 1 opportunity for a founder-type to rapidly test ideas, build MVPs, and take full ownership of a new business line with our resources and capital support.

What You'll Do

Work with The Flex Ventures team to identify and validate high-potential business ideas
Own customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
Build and test MVPs or no-code prototypes to assess traction
Develop business models, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans
Lead day-to-day operations of the new concept, with the opportunity to become CEO if the business is spun out
Collaborate with in-house design, product, and growth teams
Iterate quickly, pivot when necessary, and scale what works

What We're Looking For

A builder mindset with a proven ability to execute at speed
Strong intuition for product, markets, and customer problems
Data-driven but not afraid to move fast with incomplete information
Grit, creativity, and a deep desire to build something from scratch

Nice to Have

Founder or Operator experience preferred (failed startups are OK)
Experience in proptech, real estate, consumer tech, or marketplaces

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the founders and the venture team, collaborating with in-house design, product, and growth resources.
