Zscaler is hiring an Enterprise Technical Account Manager

About the Role

Zscaler is looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical liaison with our enterprise customers. Your mission is to ensure technical and product requirements are met while integrating our solutions into customer security operations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the technical liaison with Zscaler's enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to align technical use cases with business value.
  • Document, track, and advocate for customer’s feature and support requests.
  • Maximize the value of our products combined with the customer’s workflow and security toolset.
  • Document best practices and troubleshooting guidance.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management.
  • 3+ years of enterprise experience designing and implementing infrastructure initiatives with a familiarity of security technologies.
  • Experience working across endpoint, cloud, and identity products including Crowdstrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender XDR, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, SentinelOne Singularity, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security +, Certified Cloud Security Professional, or Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Experience working inside of a SOC, navigating technical conversations with executive teams, strategic solutions implementation, SQL, Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, or similar position.

You will be part of the Customer Experience team, reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Technical Accounts.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the USA.
