Responsibilities
- Support sales initiatives by engaging in discussions with potential clients
- Conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, address inquiries, and resolve concerns
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, including post-meeting follow-ups, demonstrations, RFx responses, and security documentation
- Design and deliver customized demonstrations aligned with client specifications
- Lead and define proof-of-concept projects in collaboration with Post-Sales teams
- Collaborate with Sales to achieve revenue targets and customer acquisition goals
- Work closely with post-sales consultants to ensure smooth handoff from sales to onboarding
- Translate customer requirements and goals into clear expectations for implementation teams
- Provide actionable insights to improve products and internal processes
