Smart Apartment Data is hiring an Enterprise Software Customer Trainer to help our U.S. clients effectively use our real estate software platform. In this remote role, you will be the primary guide for training and support, representing our brand with professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Train clients using Zoom and create recorded video walkthroughs.
- Guide users through Smart platform features in a clear, step-by-step manner.
- Provide calm, confident assistance and ongoing client support.
- Represent Smart with a high degree of professionalism and patience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills—clear, soft-spoken, and confident.
- 1+ year of experience in training, onboarding, or customer support.
- Reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone.
- Presentable on camera with a clean background and business attire.
- A quiet home office setup (green screen is optional).
Nice to Have
- Background in software training or user onboarding.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and explain it effectively.
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience handling high-value or demanding customers.
