This role is central to advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our enterprise sales function. As an Enterprise Sales Operations and Strategy Analyst, you’ll ensure sales processes are consistently applied, identify and resolve deal obstacles in real time, and support scalable growth through structured operational practices. Your work will directly influence how sales teams navigate complex opportunities and execute with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver hands-on operational support, managing accounts, opportunities, and urgent sales inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Address pressing sales challenges as they arise, helping to close deals by removing roadblocks and aligning resources.
- Enforce standardized sales processes and policies to maintain consistency and scalability across regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and roll out strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.
- Support the integration of core cultural values—like customer focus, inclusivity, and long-term thinking—into daily operations as the company expands.

Preferred candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in sales support or a related function, along with hands-on experience using Salesforce. Familiarity with scalable sales operations in a growing organization is a strong plus.

This role supports a flexible working model, allowing remote work within the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay, NYC, and Washington, D.C. metro areas. Offices are available for in-person collaboration where feasible.
