Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to establish, manage, and expand high-value enterprise accounts across the country. In this remote US role, you will lead strategic growth initiatives and foster long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the leading expert on assigned enterprise accounts, maintaining deep knowledge of their operations and needs.
- Build and nurture long-term consultative relationships with C-suite, VP, and director-level executives, as well as branch-level managers.
- Identify opportunities where delivery and software solutions provide high-value outcomes and clearly demonstrate ROI.
- Position the company as the trusted go-to partner for last-mile delivery challenges within industrial and construction industries.
- Develop sales strategies across multiple locations and verticals while coaching internal teams to accelerate account growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to evolve solutions.
- Prospect and source new enterprise accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and attending targeted trade shows.
- Provide consistent feedback on client needs and market trends to improve products and services.
- Travel monthly to meet with clients and strengthen strategic relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of driving account growth.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven success managing high-profile accounts and delivering revenue forecasts.
- Ability to take ownership of accounts, proactively identifying growth opportunities.
- Skilled at giving and receiving feedback constructively and adapting quickly.
- Experience with remote meetings, corporate-level engagements, and RFP/RFQ processes.
- Analytical ability to summarize data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to align strategies and resources.
