As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding market reach by identifying and engaging key decision-makers in regulated industries. Your work will focus on building a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, insightful research, and tailored communication across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine outbound strategies to improve targeting, messaging, and overall effectiveness
- Target and engage enterprise accounts in Automotive, Food & Pharma using email, LinkedIn, and structured phone outreach
- Generate qualified meetings by delivering personalized, value-driven outreach
- Collaborate with Account Executives during discovery calls and demonstrations, providing context from early interactions
- Represent the company at select industry events, turning conversations into actionable opportunities
- Use data and automation tools to enhance outreach quality and efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and prospecting frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership, structure, and measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented approach to pipeline development
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently across organizational levels
- Completed degree or apprenticeship in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to personal growth in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or industrial sectors
- Experience with modern go-to-market tooling such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and data enrichment platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sales processes and automation
