Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers while expanding and maintaining current client accounts.
- Design and execute territory-specific sales strategies and pipeline development plans.
- Lead deal negotiations, guide complex buying processes, and resolve objections to secure closures.
- Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and regularly update a comprehensive territory strategy outlining regional priorities, vertical focus areas, marketing initiatives, and partner engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with channel partners by delivering sales enablement, joint planning, and co-selling opportunities.
- Ensure accurate forecasting by fully understanding each stage of the sales cycle from prospecting to procurement.
- Deliver tailored proposals and executive-level presentations to decision-makers, including senior leadership.
- Maintain expert-level understanding of product offerings and remain informed on evolving industry and technology trends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with organizational priorities and evolving business demands.
Compensation
Target compensation features a 50/50 base salary to commission split, with on-target earnings based on performance; adjustments may occur based on business requirements, market conditions, and territory potential.
