Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding current client relationships.
- Formulate sales strategies, territorial plans, and pipeline development to drive revenue growth.
- Lead deal negotiations, guide complex buying decisions, and resolve objections to secure closures.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and update a comprehensive territory strategy outlining regional priorities, vertical focus, marketing initiatives, and partner engagement.
- Establish and nurture partnerships by delivering sales enablement, account planning, and joint selling opportunities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting by fully understanding the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to procurement.
- Produce and present detailed proposals and business cases to key decision-makers, including executive leadership.
- Maintain strong expertise in product offerings and remain informed on industry advancements and technological changes.
- Perform additional duties as required to support organizational goals and evolving business demands.
Compensation
USD 200,000 - 240,000 with 50/50 base to commission split on OTE
