AuditBoard is hiring an Enterprise Renewals Manager (Temp) to play a key role in sustaining our market-leading retention and driving revenue growth through customer subscription renewals and expansion. This remote, individual contributor position focuses on the strategic, closed-loop renewal process for our enterprise customer base.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic renewal plans, initiating the process 6 months before contract end, conducting account research, and navigating complex contract structures.
- Negotiate terms and pricing, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk) for smooth renewal processes.
- Generate and deliver renewal quotes and order forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage coordination and execution of amendments and renewal documents.
- Provide accurate rolling 180 day forecasts, update Salesforce and forecasting systems, and ensure clear, professional communication with customers.
- Gather customer insights, identify risks, share feedback with relevant teams, and refine strategies for future renewals.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record (4+ years) in Enterprise SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management, with experience managing contract renewals and negotiations.
- Proficiency in advancing renewals with platforms like Salesforce, BoostUp, MixMax, Outreach, and Gong.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple renewals and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to assess contract terms, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve issues proactively.
- Effective interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clear, concise communication.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, closing renewals on time and with a sense of urgency.
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics and experience in forecasting revenue impacts and optimizing renewals.
- Commitment to a seamless customer experience, anticipating needs, and aligning solutions with customer and company objectives.
- Detail-oriented mindset focused on the fine print, MSA, contract terms, and customer history, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in documentation.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic team player.
