Adobe is hiring an Enterprise Greenfield Account Executive to focus on new customer acquisition for our Digital Experience solutions. In this role, you will apply a hunter mentality to prospect, build relationships, and exceed sales targets within your assigned greenfield account base.
What You'll Do
- Drive new customer acquisition by implementing targeted sales strategies, overcoming objections, and creating compelling business cases that lead to first-time adoption.
- Manage time and territory by prioritizing accounts and aligning activities for maximum impact, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
- Collaborate within a matrixed ecosystem including sales and cross-functional teams to align resources, enhance value, and deliver a unified customer experience.
- Establish and expand executive relationships through thoughtful engagement, gaining access to senior decision-makers and leveraging champions.
- Stay informed on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, contributing thought leadership and sharing insights across teams.
- Become a trusted advisor by uncovering customer business problems and aligning Adobe's solutions to their strategic objectives.
- Use data and insights to manage complex sales cycles, guide strategic business reviews, ensure forecast accuracy, and progress deals.
- Perform outbound selling activities and partner with Marketing to generate demand, build credibility, and create a compelling vision for customers.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.

- 3+ years of experience with marketing technology solutions and/or consultative platform sales.

You will collaborate within a matrixed ecosystem including internal sales and cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
Benefits & Compensation
- U.S. pay range is $229,000 - $369,600 annually.
- California: $255,300 - $369,600. Colorado: $246,400 - $356,800. Illinois: $246,400 - $356,800. Washington: $250,300 - $362,375.
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
