Docebo is looking for an Enterprise Global Account Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts in North America. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the adoption of our learning platform within large-scale organizations.
What You'll Do
- Drive enterprise sales strategy and execution across the North American region.
- Manage and grow relationships with key global enterprise accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise deals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, specifically within North America.
- Strong experience managing complex, large-scale account relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
