Invicti Security is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Federal to own the post-sales relationship with our federal clients. Based in Washington, DC, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and securing renewals and expansion to build long-term strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Lead all post-sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Development Teams.
- Retain long-term partnerships by independently renewing and expanding successful customers.
- Dominate quarterly metrics concerning customer retention, price increase, and upselling.
- Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices to drive incremental value and ROI.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to drive positive customer outcomes.
- Independently analyze data to discover insights that drive recommendations for clients.
- Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2-3 years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- A customer-focused professional with a strategic mindset.
- A self-starter with the ability to work within fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in Washington, DC.
