Experian is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for our Financial Services and Data division. You will find decision makers, explain our offerings, set up introductory calls, and provide an excellent first impression of the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop industry and location-based accounts and set up quality appointments for Account Executives.
- Manage account lists of contacts.
- Strategize emails, calls, and social outreach for prospecting.
- Manage sales pipeline through vetting, qualification, and prioritization.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Experian's products and services.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership to drive effectiveness and team unity.
- Aim to develop skills, with a strong learning and teaching mindset.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years Enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Prior experience in financial services or data/technology sectors.
- Experience with prospecting tools, such as SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
- Highly self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable to change.

You'll be part of the Financial Services and Data BDR team, a fast-growing organization within Experian, reporting to a Business Development Manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range of $37,500 - $62,500. Base salary is $60k plus the opportunity to earn unlimited commission based on sales performance.
