Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain outbound and inbound sales pipelines focused on enterprise-level clients

- Uncover operational challenges within frontline operations and align them with company solutions
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for senior sales representatives
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and reflect current pipeline status
- Work closely with marketing, training, and sales leadership to refine account plans and outreach initiatives
- Test and optimize messaging, AI prompts, outreach sequences, and operational workflows to increase conversion performance
- Remain informed about advancements in AI-driven go-to-market strategies, outbound sales techniques, and enterprise selling methodologies
