About the Role

PeakMetrics is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive growth by generating qualified opportunities and selling complex AI solutions to enterprise clients. In this role, you will prospect, build relationships with senior leaders, and help shape go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel: prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities with enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders in crisis communications and PR.
  • Help drive attendance and represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
  • Execute structured outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with marketing, growth, and product teams to align messaging and optimize campaigns.
  • Track activity and progress in the CRM, delivering clear reporting on leads and pipeline health.
  • Share market insights and prospect feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy and product development.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
  • Strong command of enterprise B2B sales strategies and value-based selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growth startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and client meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally selling AI, analytics, or other complex enterprise products.
  • Experience selling to enterprise communications, PR, or crisis management leaders.
