Enterprise Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide strategic technical leadership for enterprise clients leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O). You'll bridge business needs with scalable cloud solutions, ensuring robust architecture, seamless migrations, and long-term system health. Your expertise will guide clients from planning through implementation and ongoing support, with a focus on performance, integration, and future readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Dynamics 365 environments by identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Translate business requirements into secure, efficient cloud architectures using Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Evaluate current system designs and configurations, then recommend improvements for scalability and maintainability.
- Advise on optimal approaches to accelerate deployment timelines and streamline migration efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on CRM and F&O best practices, including development, customization, and integration workflows.
- Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with support teams to analyze ticket patterns and identify systemic issues.
- Design proactive interventions such as risk and health assessments to strengthen system resilience.
- Deliver technical architecture, installation support, and advisory services across client engagements.
- Support clients through system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with current standards.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM/F&O, SSIS, SSRS, and related Microsoft platforms.
- Conduct customized training sessions—on-site or remotely—to build internal team capabilities.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, from technical staff to executive leadership.
- Present insights and recommendations effectively to influence technology adoption and strategic decisions.
- Stay current with evolving Microsoft technologies and assess their applicability to client environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/F&O and 365 ecosystems.
- Extensive background in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Proven track record advising large enterprise clients on technical strategy and implementation.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM components including entities, workflows, security models, UI, and solution management.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Data Factory, PowerApps, and related integration tools.
- Skill in delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX and scripting using PowerShell or VB Script.
- 5+ years in operations consulting or service delivery roles.
- Experience administering SCCM and integrating cloud services.
- Knowledge of F&O modules and configurations.
- Microsoft Azure Security or Network Engineer certification.
- Completion of Course 55078-A: Mobile Device Management.
