  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and system blueprints
  • Lead integration efforts across complex platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility
  • Design scalable, secure solutions using cloud-native principles on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on solution design
  • Develop proof of concepts and evaluate emerging technologies to improve system performance and reliability
  • Provide technical mentorship to architects and developers, promoting consistency and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and healthcare regulations
  • Lead risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate technical and operational challenges
  • Document architectures, maintain design records, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with a focus on system design and software development
  • Proven experience with microservices, APIs, RESTful services, and service-oriented architecture
  • Hands-on background with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation tools
  • Direct experience in healthcare data, regulatory standards, and business workflows
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and strong knowledge of data modeling with SQL and NoSQL
  • Ability to lead technical teams, present complex concepts to non-technical audiences, and influence strategic decisions
  • Preferred certifications in cloud technologies or enterprise architecture
