Responsibilities
- Act as global technical lead for Dynamics, overseeing configuration, customization, and enterprise-wide adoption across US and European divisions
- Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and operations teams in both regions to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Oversee system releases, updates, and performance; engage external partners as required
- Standardize Dynamics usage and data practices across regions to enable unified reporting
- Lead global architecture and implementation of Microsoft Fabric, including data lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models
- Develop and maintain stable data pipelines from Dynamics, HubSpot, and other sources into Fabric for analytics
- Define and enforce data governance, documentation, and quality standards applicable across regions
- Design and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports to support operational efficiency
- Promote self-service analytics while enforcing governance policies across regions
- Own integration architecture between Dynamics and third-party systems like HubSpot, adapting as technology evolves
- Manage SharePoint as a global platform for collaboration and document management, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Serve as primary technical expert on the Microsoft ecosystem for stakeholders in the US and Europe
- Identify and implement system improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance data integrity
- Shape the global Microsoft platform roadmap in line with business goals, balancing regional needs with global standards
