Smart Apartment Data is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own client relationships and drive growth. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and collaborating closely with the executive team to deliver tailored solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training to enterprise customers.
- Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and close new business opportunities.
- Map out client organizations and identify key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with executives to resolve client issues promptly.
- Manage the full sales cycle and achieve monthly sales goals.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts to establish strong, lasting client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Passionate, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Customer service–oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Reliable work-from-home setup: strong internet, quiet workspace, presentable background, webcam, and noise-cancelling headset.
