Lead the post-sale growth journey for a portfolio of strategic healthcare clients and channel partners. This role is responsible for maximizing long-term value by guiding renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and executing account plans that align with client goals and business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement strategic account plans focused on retention, upsell, and cross-sell across a portfolio of health plans and healthcare organizations.
- Engage regularly with C-suite and senior clinical, quality, and population health leaders to strengthen partnerships and position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Manage contract renewals and expansions with a focus on zero attrition and consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with channel partners on joint go-to-market strategies, enablement frameworks, and commercialization tactics to drive scalable revenue.
- Work closely with Client Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Operations to shape solutions, enhance value messaging, and inform product direction based on client feedback.
- Own forecasting for expansion and partner-driven revenue, tracking pipeline health, performance metrics, and growth trends.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a commitment to execution excellence, data-informed decision-making, and follow-through.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or expansion sales, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or diagnostics.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in renewal and growth-focused roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business value, health outcomes, and financial ROI to clinical and financial decision-makers.
- Comfortable working with data—forecasting, CRM management, and using analytics to guide strategy.
