About the Role

Zscaler is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own a rich territory and drive sales bookings by positioning Managed Security Services. You will prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies, nurture existing customer relationships, and lead a full sales cycle through contract signing.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process.
  • Develop a deep comprehension of each customer's business and identify the drivers behind opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms by selling value and return on investment.
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into your assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy an easy solution.
  • Take vital steps to close business and gain customer validation.
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive sales bookings through the successful positioning and sale of Managed Security Services on an annual subscription basis.
  • Complete your business plan and make quick tactical and strategic adjustments.
  • Run and control the sales process at every stage through contract signing.
  • Attain quarterly results for sales bookings, revenue, and gross margin.
  • Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communications skills to lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with C-level audiences.
  • Work closely with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns, and awareness.

What We're Looking For

  • A history of top-tier performance: President’s Club, top rep, top percentile performer, consistent year-over-year overachievement.
  • Met or exceeded direct sales goals of $1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $250k+.
  • Experience selling into large Fortune 1000 companies with a proven ability to win new logos.

Nice to Have

  • A demonstrable methodology to prospect and build pipeline independently.
  • Strength in selling value versus price, with confirmed experience selling sophisticated solutions and large deals to senior executives.
  • High motivation and skill in exceeding sales bookings targets versus plan and changing behavior as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with partners, executives, and customers daily.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
