Hire Hangar is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS)

About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the entire enterprise sales lifecycle, from identifying prospects to closing high-value contracts. You'll craft targeted strategies for large, multi-department organizations and engage directly with C-suite and executive stakeholders to understand their business challenges. Guide clients through discovery, product demonstrations, and business justification discussions, while navigating complex procurement and compliance requirements.

Manage forecasting accuracy and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities. Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to align technical capabilities with customer needs, work with Legal on contract terms, and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-sale. Your role will be central to shaping scalable, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven success in closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals, particularly those with $100k+ annual contract value
  • Experience managing extended, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with formal approval and procurement processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior executives and influence strategic decisions
  • Fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana
  • Background working with U.S. or U.K.-based enterprises
  • Strong consultative selling approach with a track record of accurate forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or similarly sized global organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and legal review stages
  • Working knowledge of MEDDICC or other structured enterprise sales methodologies

Technical Stack

You’ll use Salesforce for CRM, Gong for call insights, Clari for forecasting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, and core collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
