Camunda is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - Netherlands

About the Role

Camunda is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the Netherlands. You will champion the adoption of process automation by bringing innovation and efficiency to Enterprise customers, driving Annual Recurring Revenue growth from both new business and existing client expansions.

What You'll Do

  • Drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including technical discovery, evaluations, presentations, and financial/legal negotiations.
  • Articulate Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership.
  • Collaborate and partner with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases.
  • Leverage multiple communication methods and collaborate with Account Development Representatives to create new contacts in middle and senior leadership in technical and executive areas of the enterprise landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of quota attainment within an Enterprise software (SaaS) AE role.
  • 3+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise size companies (10k+ employees) by articulating business value and navigating complex buying centers.
  • Proven track record of success selling $1M+ multi-year contracts.
  • Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns.
  • Ability to manage a high performing Account Team, driving the strategy and execution of team members.
  • Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver.
  • Adhere to our FAITH values.

  • Familiarity with Automation technology.
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions to the UK Telco industry.

  • Compensation is location-based. Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target) examples: United States: $244,600.00 to $394,400.00; Germany: €158,000.00 to €261,400.00; United Kingdom: £153,600.00 to £252,600.00; Singapore: S$303,800.00 to S$455,700.00. Plus equity offered through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) where applicable.
