ServiceNow is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - Manufacturing to generate new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will be responsible for account and territory planning, researching prospects, employing business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business and advising on how ServiceNow supports their IT roadmap.
- Identify and engage the right specialist and support resources at the right time to advance deals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
- Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- The ability to understand the strategic 'bigger picture' and our IT plans.
- Experience promoting a customer success focus and a collaborative 'win as a team' environment.
Team & Environment
