Red River Managed Services is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive – Managed Services to lead new business development for our managed services portfolio. This role is designed for a proven hunter and closer with a track record of building executive relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering enterprise-level solutions across industries.
What You'll Do
- Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise managed services opportunities.
- Build and execute strategic account plans focused on net-new logo acquisition.
- Leverage existing CXO and IT executive relationships to create pipeline.
- Lead the entire sales cycle—from discovery and solution design to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, service delivery, and executive teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Represent Red River at industry events, partner conferences, and executive briefings.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, providing timely updates to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience in IT Managed Services or IT outsourcing (Enterprise or Upper Mid-Market).
- Proven success closing $20M+ in new annual bookings consistently.
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand clients’ financial, operational, and strategic drivers.
- Demonstrated experience selling multi-tower managed services (e.g., help desk, NOC, cloud, security, network).
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines.
- Excellent presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
