Red River Managed Services was looking for an Enterprise Account Executive – Managed Services

Red River Managed Services is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive – Managed Services to lead new business development for our managed services portfolio. This role is designed for a proven hunter and closer with a track record of building executive relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering enterprise-level solutions across industries.

What You'll Do

  • Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise managed services opportunities.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans focused on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Leverage existing CXO and IT executive relationships to create pipeline.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from discovery and solution design to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, service delivery, and executive teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Represent Red River at industry events, partner conferences, and executive briefings.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, providing timely updates to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience in IT Managed Services or IT outsourcing (Enterprise or Upper Mid-Market).
  • Proven success closing $20M+ in new annual bookings consistently.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand clients’ financial, operational, and strategic drivers.
  • Demonstrated experience selling multi-tower managed services (e.g., help desk, NOC, cloud, security, network).
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines.
  • Excellent presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
