UiPath is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (Guangzhou based)

As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Guangzhou, you will lead the expansion and strategic growth of key enterprise accounts across China. Your primary focus will be cultivating trusted relationships with senior executives, understanding their business goals, and aligning automation solutions to deliver measurable impact over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain high-level conversations with C-suite and executive stakeholders to uncover strategic opportunities within large enterprises
  • Design and implement multi-year account strategies that support client objectives and expand UiPath’s footprint
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from pipeline development to forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals
  • Act as the main liaison for enterprise clients, coordinating internal resources to deliver cohesive support and solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and resolve complex challenges
  • Lead regular business reviews to track performance, realign priorities, and advance strategic initiatives
  • Strengthen UiPath’s market presence by engaging with industry leaders, partners, and decision-makers
  • Uphold disciplined sales practices and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Over a decade of field sales experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or cloud-based solutions sold to executive leadership
  • Minimum of eight years selling directly to large enterprise organizations
  • Strong grasp of automation technologies and digital transformation trends
  • Proven success in consultative, strategic selling to C-level audiences
  • Track record of developing and executing long-term account growth plans
  • Ability to build trust with CXOs and influence business expansion decisions
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
