UiPath is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (Guangzhou based)

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Guangzhou, you will lead the expansion of automation initiatives within major enterprise clients across China. Your role centers on forging deep relationships with C-suite leaders, understanding their strategic goals, and aligning technology solutions to deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and guide high-level discussions with executive stakeholders to uncover transformation opportunities
  • Design and implement multi-year account strategies that support client objectives and increase market share
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals
  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve client experiences and resolve challenges efficiently
  • Lead regular business performance reviews to track progress and adapt strategies
  • Strengthen UiPath’s industry presence by engaging with partners and thought leaders
  • Promote disciplined sales practices and performance tracking across the account lifecycle

Requirements

  • Over a decade of field sales experience, focused on enterprise SaaS or cloud offerings
  • Extensive background selling to large organizations, with direct engagement at the executive level
  • Strong grasp of automation technologies and digital transformation frameworks
  • Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and influence strategic decisions
  • History of creating and executing long-term growth plans for existing enterprise clients
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
