Optiml is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - Germany (Hybrid - Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin)

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large clients in Germany, leveraging a hybrid work setup based in Frankfurt, Munich, or Berlin to support regional engagement and strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Support development of tailored proposals and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with technical teams during proof-of-concept phases
  • Ensure post-sale handoff to customer success teams
  • Participate in regional sales meetings and events
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
  • Use market insights to refine sales approaches
  • Advocate for customer feedback internally
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities
  • Manage pipeline forecasting with accuracy
  • Represent the organization at industry functions
