About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large clients in Germany, leveraging a hybrid work setup based in Frankfurt, Munich, or Berlin to support regional engagement and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Support development of tailored proposals and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with technical teams during proof-of-concept phases
- Ensure post-sale handoff to customer success teams
- Participate in regional sales meetings and events
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
- Use market insights to refine sales approaches
- Advocate for customer feedback internally
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities
- Manage pipeline forecasting with accuracy
- Represent the organization at industry functions
