About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the full sales cycle with enterprise clients in Germany, leveraging deep market knowledge and solution expertise to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large organizations
- Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to contract closure
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs

- Develop strategic account plans for target enterprises

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Conduct needs assessments during client discussions
- Coordinate technical resources for proof-of-concept deployments
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
- Manage multiple concurrent sales pipelines
- Present solutions to executive-level stakeholders
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing initiatives
- Support partner-led deals when required
- Ensure post-sale handoff to customer success teams
