As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a central role in expanding Lakera’s footprint in the French market. You’ll identify and pursue high-impact opportunities, guiding enterprise clients through technical evaluations and complex decision processes while shaping the long-term direction of the company’s offerings.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle sales to enterprise organizations, from initial outreach to contract close, with a focus on strategic, high-value deals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the French business landscape, adapting quickly to evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design pilot programs and integrations that demonstrate tangible value.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders in large organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes, documentation, and playbooks that align with company growth.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot to ensure visibility and efficiency across the revenue pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B enterprise sales, with demonstrated success in the French market and broader EMEA region.
- Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Fluent in both French and English, with professional communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including multi-threaded engagements and technical sales processes.
- Familiarity with AI, large language models, or cybersecurity technologies is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with distribution channels and marketplace partners to extend market reach.
- Ability to engage senior executives and influence strategic decisions at scale.
