About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll lead the expansion of a cutting-edge security platform across enterprise organizations in France. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, managing complex sales cycles from initial contact to close, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in large accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new logo acquisition and exceed annual recurring revenue targets within your territory
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients—organizations with over 3,000 mailboxes—to understand their security challenges and position tailored solutions
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to support renewals and identify expansion potential
  • Use Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan to maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and pipeline visibility
  • Act as a customer advocate, sharing insights with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to improve solution fit and close rates

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years of direct enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing new business and outperforming quota
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes within large organizations, including multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, email security, and AI-driven platforms
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to security leaders such as CISOs and IT security teams
  • Background in fast-growing or early-stage companies where self-direction and resourcefulness were essential
  • Strong qualification skills—able to uncover customer pain points and align solutions effectively
  • Confident presenting business value across financial, operational, and technical dimensions
  • Disciplined in methodology, time management, and data accuracy across all customer interactions
  • Skilled at leveraging internal teams—Sales Engineering, BDRs, Marketing, and Product—to maximize deal velocity
  • Comfortable guiding prospects through internal procurement and approval workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Work Location

This role is based in France, with local presence required. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the region.
