Responsibilities
- Lead and finalize enterprise-level sales by managing the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract signing, including demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Conduct consultative sales by analyzing complex research operations, identifying challenges, and collaborating with scientists, researchers, and executives to build tailored solutions.
- Articulate technical value by aligning AI functionalities with measurable business and research impacts for senior stakeholders such as R&D leaders, chief economists, and lab heads.
- Drive account growth by initiating pilot projects, nurturing internal advocates, and expanding engagement across multiple teams and departments within large organizations.
- Help refine sales strategy by collaborating with founders and product teams to improve messaging, streamline pilot adoption, and develop a scalable enterprise sales framework.
- Support team development by sharing insights, guiding less experienced members, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Represent customer needs by gathering detailed industry feedback and relaying it to product teams to guide future development.
