Kustomer is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, East

About the Role

Kustomer is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth on the East Coast. You will be responsible for closing substantial enterprise deals and scaling Kustomer exponentially. In this remote role, you will build a new book of business within your territory while nurturing existing relationships, partnering closely with a Business Development Representative, a Partner Manager, and marketing colleagues.

What You'll Do

  • Work with sales leadership to define and execute on quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward.
  • Drive acquisition of new clients through the full sales life cycle.
  • Successfully deliver Kustomer's value proposition, product demonstration, and core values.
  • Represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader in the market.
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space to effectively position Kustomer.
  • Attend industry events and grow Kustomer's presence within the market.
  • Coordinate closely with the customer experience team to ensure seamless onboarding for clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a quota of $800K+.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working at early stage growth startups.
  • Experience and technical savvy to conduct your own product demonstrations.
  • Available to work in the East Coast Time Zone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to the customer experience (CX) side of an organization.
  • Experience selling a SaaS CRM solution in the past.

Team & Environment

You will be a key member of the Enterprise Sales team, partnering directly with a Business Development Representative, a Partner Manager, and marketing colleagues.

Work Mode

This is a remote position based in the United States, covering the East Coast Time Zone. Kustomer is a remote-friendly company with team members located throughout the U.S.
