What You'll Do
Lead the expansion of SentiLink’s presence in fast-growing digital commerce segments, including online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, gig economy services, and ticketing providers. You will own the end-to-end sales process—from identifying prospects to closing strategic deals—by engaging senior stakeholders and aligning internal resources to meet client needs.
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in complex organizations, using insight and persistence to guide them through evaluation and adoption. After closing, continue to support partners to ensure successful integration and long-term value, reinforcing retention and expansion opportunities.
Represent the company with integrity, embodying core values such as accountability, deep customer understanding, and smart problem-solving in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in sales, with a proven record selling technical or data-driven solutions to enterprise clients, particularly in fraud prevention, identity verification, or payments
- Experience navigating multi-layered sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Strong understanding of the operational and risk challenges faced by digital commerce businesses
- Self-driven with a focus on execution, precision, and measurable outcomes
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in credit risk, fraud analytics, or related fields within financial services
- Existing connections in fraud, identity, or risk teams at digital commerce or fintech companies

Compensation & Work Environment
This role offers a total on-target earnings range of $250,000 to $280,000 annually, including base salary and commission, plus equity participation. The position is hybrid, open to candidates based in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram (Delhi), or Bengaluru. While remote work is supported, regular in-office collaboration is encouraged. The company operates digitally first, with strong cross-location teamwork between the U.S. and India.
