About the Role

The role focuses on acquiring and expanding enterprise clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, leveraging deep market knowledge and consultative selling to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Drive contract negotiations to successful completion
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal product and strategy teams
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Build long-term relationships to support account retention and growth
  • Use CRM tools to track activities and forecast accurately
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market feedback
  • Support development of region-specific go-to-market plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers
  • Promote value-based selling aligned with customer outcomes
