About the Role

DeepL is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive our rapid growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting our market-leading translation service to clients to eliminate language barriers and managing the entire sales cycle. You will build a strong pipeline of new business and work closely with cross-functional, international teams.

What You'll Do

  • Present DeepL’s market-leading translation service to clients to eliminate their language barriers.
  • Become an ambassador for DeepL’s products and an expert on customers’ needs to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.
  • Qualify and convert leads and manage the entire sales cycle as a trusted partner to potential new business and incoming customers.
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Build a pipeline of new business, and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Respond to a large volume of inbound prospects and customers, managing opportunities from qualification to close.
  • Forecast and track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps.
  • Work closely with diverse, international teams from SDR to Marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales specifically into the DACH region.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1/C2).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into and expanding large Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling emerging technologies and winning new logos.
  • A consistent record of overachieving against sales quotas.
  • Ability to collaborate with and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment, able to shift priorities and adapt to dynamic situations.
