Scrunch AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads and proactively building a pipeline within mid-market accounts, playing a key role in our rapid growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and close inbound leads.
- Identify, target, and engage decision-makers within mid-market accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track interactions, and ensure consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies, improve messaging, and align efforts across the organization.
- Continuously research and identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine your approach and improve results.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar sales role.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with prospects via phone, email, and Zoom.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Familiar with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, sales tools, and SaaS/AI products.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

- Experience preferably in SaaS or AI products.
