AuditBoard is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Central Region. In this role, you will sell our integrated platform for audit, risk, ESG, and information security to large publicly traded and private organizations. You'll manage the full sales cycle, expand key accounts, and make a significant impact by closing high-value deals.
What You'll Do
- Execute full-cycle sales, including territory planning, pipeline generation, and progressing opportunities to close.
- Expand business opportunities within existing customer accounts and acquire new customers in your assigned territory.
- Strategize multi-pillar platform sales across various business units and economic buyers.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to develop tailored solutions.
- Identify customer pain points, educate on AuditBoard’s value, highlight differentiators, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, with 25%-30% travel for client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Co-create solutions and business cases to enable stakeholder advocacy and adoption.
- Work closely with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Value Architects to achieve sales goals.
- Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to set and support customer expectations.
- Develop the partner ecosystem, including Big 4 and boutique firms, to aid business development.
What We're Looking For
- Senior Manager or higher in a Risk Advisory practice at a Big 4 firm, OR 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions.
- Consistently ranked in the top 10% of salespeople with a track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas reaching above $1.3M-$1.7M.
- Deal size and sales cycle experience aligned with the enterprise segment.
- Proven ability to navigate complex SaaS deals, articulate product differentiation, and position against competitors.
- Strong executive presence.
- Skilled in utilizing the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Coachable, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must be based in the Central Region (Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Milwaukee, WI).
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, Value Architects, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared objectives.
