LILT is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive- Berlin/London (Germany Speaking)

About the Role

LILT is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our translation and localization platform. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding partnerships with larger existing accounts, managing 9-15 month sales cycles to achieve your quota.

What You'll Do

  • Uncover, educate, and close new prospects that meet company objectives, accurately forecasting your pipeline.
  • Become an expert in articulating the value of our platform and services to all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.
  • Design and deliver winning proof-of-concepts (POCs) to secure new, long-term customers.
  • Sustain high activity levels across all channels with tailored, multi-threaded outreach.
  • Sell to new customers while partnering with Customer Success Managers to expand relationships with larger accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with champions and develop compelling business cases with key constituents.
  • Source and lead the response to RFPs, collaborating cross-departmentally for execution.
  • Collaborate with service and delivery teams to influence strategy and solve client business problems creatively.
  • Negotiate business terms with line-of-business, procurement, contract teams, and senior executives.
  • Drive cross-departmental strategy and collaboration throughout deal cycles.

What We're Looking For

  • Direct experience selling technology and services in the translation and localization industry.
  • 6+ years of proven experience managing complex 9-15 month sales cycles targeting the high-end mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • A track record of acquiring new, complex, and highly competitive accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Consistent history of booking deals valued between $250k and $2M and exceeding $1.2M+ in annual quotas.
  • Effectiveness in securing meetings with target customers both independently and with support from ADR/BDR teams.
  • Experience sourcing and leading RFP responses and the associated cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce/Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Chorus.ai.
  • Experience in account management and collaborating with cross-functional service and delivery teams.
  • Skill in negotiating business terms with procurement, lines of business, and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross-departmental strategy during deal cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excelling in both in-person meetings and web-based demonstrations.
  • Process and solution oriented with a customer-first mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Authorization to work in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, or Portugal.

You will work in conjunction with an ADR/BDR team to generate opportunities and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to grow existing accounts.

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid model. You will spend 3 days per week in the office (London or Berlin) for in-person collaboration and team building, working remotely for the remainder of the week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, or Portugal.
