Deel is hiring an Account Executive, Expansion, SMB for the MENA region to manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell to our small and medium business clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, expanding business in a greenfield territory, and meeting revenue targets as part of our mission to create the infrastructure for the future of work and enable a more diverse global economy.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
- Build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
What We're Looking For
- Located in the EMEA region.
- 3+ years of closing sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years selling into the Middle East and Africa market.
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
- SFDC proficiency.
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction.
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
